Dr. Levy shares the latest findings from the fields of mind-body medicine and energy medicine, provides a demonstration of just how quickly and easily the mind can heal the body, and guides attendees through the use of simple, state-of-the-art mind-body methods that deliver immediate, measurable health benefits.
The One-Hour Workshop
This workshop includes
- A demonstration of how to use the mind to effect immediate healing in a diseased or injured part of the body
- Developments in mind-body medicine including the structure of the mind and how to access its power at all levels (plus levels that are typically hidden from our day-to-day awareness)
- A guided exercise that allows attendees to experience their own hidden mental power and use it to heal themselves from illness, injury, chronic pain or mental discomfort
Workshop Registration – Free
This workshop includes:
- A demonstration – Dr. Levy will work with volunteers to deliver immediate relief from chronic pain, illness or injury, using simple techniques that anyone can learn
- What you need to know about the latest developments in mind-body medicine: how the mind-body connection actually works and how to use your mind to free yourself from physical illness and mental disharmony
- The structure of the mind and its extraordinary abilities, with emphasis on how to access the mind’s power using different ways of thinking
- Dr. Levy will lead participants through the use of two powerful mind-body methods that will enable participants to diagnose and treat the underlying causes of their own physical and psychological illness.
The price of registration includes workshop attendance, CD recordings of the methods for take-home use, a written curriculum that describes the science behind the methods and how to use them, a list of references for further study, and a manifest of resources (i.e. how to find a physician who practices wholistic health care). Attendees are encouraged to share the take-home methods with friends and family, or use them in their own clinical, social or pastoral work.

The complete package… Dr. Levy provides attendees with a thorough grounding in the science of mind-body medicine as preparation for the actual experience of five of his most potent mind-body methods, and provides the take-home materials they need to complete their own journey in self-healing.
This Workshop includes:
- A live demonstration of the power of energy medicine. Dr. Levy will work with volunteers to deliver immediate relief from chronic pain, illness or injury, using simple techniques that anyone can learn
- Developments in mind-body medicine, backed by computerized illustrations
- The structure of the human mind and its extraordinary abilities, with emphases on how to access the mind’s power at levels that are typically hidden from day-to-day awareness
- Scientific evidence for patterns of energy flow in the body and the degree to which thought and feeling directly affect energies in the brain, nervous system and vital organs
- The Story Behind the Story – each of us is living out a unique, epic journey in self-understanding – why an understanding of your own Story Behind the Story is crucial to your health
- How unresolved negative emotion and thinking will predictably contribute to certain types of illness
- Five of Dr. Levy’s most popular and effective methods, including:
- The Stressbuster – a guided exercise that profoundly de-stresses mind and body in a matter of minutes
- A private, diagnostic tour of your body and related aspects or your own Story Behind the Story (thoughts, feelings, memories, or unmet needs) that are directly impacting your health
- A guided exercise that allows attendees to access their own hidden mental power and direct it into their bodies to effect healing
- The Gearshift Exercise© - a guided means for accessing power from all levels of the mind to affect healing in the body or to achieve any objective consistent with a healthy, happy future
- A guided exercise that allows attendees to attain freedom from old emotional pain and distorted thinking and begin creating the future they most want to live out

- Instructions for use
- A research bibliography and other resource
- A CD collection of the five demonstrated methods. Dr. Levy encourages attendees to share these methods or use them in their own clinical, social or pastoral work
